Village of Willow Springs Police Department Records Section

The Records Section is open

Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 4:00pm.

Copies of police reports are available with a $5.00 fee, and payment can be by Cash (exact change required), by Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.

Domestic Battery Victims may obtain a copy of a report at NO CHARGE.

Payment for parking tickets can be made at the Police Department front desk at any time of day by Cash (exact change required), by Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.  Parking ticket payments can also be made at the Village Hall during their regularly posted business hours. Adjudication Hearings for parking tickets are held at the Village Hall, One Village Circle.  These hearings are conducted on the 2nd Tuesday of every Month at 9:30 a.m.  Should you desire to have your case heard by the Hearing Officer, please contact the Police Department to determine the next available Hearing date.
