Winter Storm Information
A major storm is forecasted from Thursday, December 22nd through Saturday, December 25th. Expect heavy snowfall, high winds, and extreme cold temperatures. Willow Springs Public Works is ready and will begin salting and snow removal when the storm begins.
Things to know:
- No overnight street parking will be permitted from Thursday through Friday.
- Please do not push snow into the street and please keep hydrants clear of snow.
- Those in need of assistance should call the Willow Springs Police Department non-emergency at 708-839-2732 or 911 if the situation dictates. A warming shelter will be made available if necessary.
- For power outages, contact Com Ed by texting “OUT” to 26633, online at Comed.com/report, or by phone at 1-800-EDISON1.
Decorate a Christmas Tree
Purchase a tree to decorate with your family, organization, or business!
All trees will remain on display at the
Village Center throughout the holidays.
$100 registration fee includes a 5-6 foot tree with stand, electrical for lights, and a sign with your name.
Proceeds from each tree will go to
Willow Springs Parks & Recreation Commission
Register and pay by November 7th.
Trees will be delivered by November 11th.
Please have trees decorated by November 18th.

Please take down any decorations you wish to keep prior to January 6, 2023 when trees will be disposed of
